A little about Maternity PhotographyThe pregnancy stage of a woman’s life is one of the fastest growing developmental times. You are growing a baby – yay you! I know it’s not always comfortable…the cramps, the bloating, the swelling… It’s ok. My job as a photographer is to make you look and feel amazing for just about an hour. Then you can throw your legs up for the rest of the day.
My maternity sessions are designed to celebrate and document the precious new life growing within. It is a combination of glamour, beautiful belly and romance. A maternity session can be an artistic studio style shoot or it can take place at a location of your choice. These photos will help your children to know how proud you were to be their mother and what a privilege carrying them was. It is best to schedule your shoot between 30—32 weeks as this is a time frame where your beautiful belly is of ample size and your aren’t feeling as uncomfortable. However, I have shot sessions closer to the delivery date. The clothes that you wear during your session will play a vital role in how you feel during the shoot and about your photographs. We really want to show off your belly, so choose a few outfits that accentuate your beautiful body. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, confident and beautiful.

All you have to do is take a clear photo of your baby on some fur (white, light grey or light tan) in a cute little wrap and email it to me. It is such and important milestone of your child's life. It's a special day that brings everyone together.
I loved capturing Ellie's special day, the proud parents, grandparents and honoured godfather as they gathered for Ellie's special ceremony at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Cross Wollongong. Ellie's gorgeous pre-ceremony outfit was from Chloe and Amelie . Ellie's precious Christening gown had been passed down a few generations. It was worn by her grandmother, mother and Ellie on their christening day. The reception was beautifully styled by Events by Eli at Level One at Harbourfront. The cake by Delaney's Cakes looked absolutely stunning. Alexandar's ChristeningAlexandar had a fun filled Christening, surrounded by loving family and friends. The beautiful service was held at St John the Baptist Serbian Orthodox Church in Dapto.
The reception was held at Panorama House in the Marquee room. The views were breathtaking and enjoyed by all. It was such a pleasure capturing the fine details of Alexandar's special day. It’s a fun and creative way to show off your wedding dress that would probably sit in the back of your wardrobe for years!
Your wedding day can be stressful and put pressure on you to take perfect photos within a short period of time. Within the “Trash the dress” photo shoot, you are encouraged to let loose, have fun and ENJOY! It’s fun, sexy and romantic and you will cherish these amazing photos forever. A “trash the dress” session is not your typical photo shoot, the locations do not have to be typical either. In fact, the more out of the box, the better. From splashing around at the beach, jumping in muddy puddles or taking a dip under a waterfall. The options are endless! As a Wollongong photographer, I can tell you that there are so many amazing locations in the Illawarra to shoot at. Here are some of my faves from the our latest trash the dress photo shoot of THE BALABANS. Had so much fun working with Furralicious Treats Bar. Was hard keeping our little model Bentley away from the doggy treats while we took the shots. Head over to Furralicious treats bar on social media and show them some love.
